Dated reports written by /verify-service (ADR-008 Level 4 / ADR-017), one per run: YYYY-MM-DD-<service>.md, plus latest.md. These markdown reports are committed; the screenshots they reference stay local on ubongo in the git-ignored .verify-runs/ working dir.
